Yes the original hig...Thanks for the kind words! <br /><br />Yes the original high carbon version of Opinel obviously have the best blades, but sea kayaking is very tough on carbon steel. Knives are one of those things that people either become obsessive about or don't care much. I use Opinel for a...Really nice and useful Kester!<br /><br />I use Opinel for almost 8 years now and I do not thing I could find a better knive.<br />The only thing is that when the blade is rusted, you have to rub it with a sandpaper and a few drops of olive oil.
